The ISL is clear: training sessions must include all employees across all hierarchical levels of the organization. Prevention must be carried out periodically to develop a genuine culture of respect in the workplace.
Mandatory contents according to the ISL:
•Behavior recognition: Situations that can trigger harassment or violence in the workplace.
•What is NOT harassment: Training on situations that are normal workplace interactions and do not constitute violations.
•Channel usage: How to properly file a complaint to avoid inconsistencies in the process.
