Internal Investigation: Mandatory steps after receiving a complaint

Once a complaint is received, the employer has 3 days to decide whether to conduct an internal investigation or refer the case to the Labor Inspection (DT).

If you choose internal investigation:

1.Designation: Preferably a worker with specific training in harassment and gender issues.
1.Right to be heard: Guarantee that both parties can present and support their statements fully.
1.Deadline: The investigation MUST conclude within 30 days.
1.Formality: It must be documented in writing and maintained under strict confidentiality.
